Mail Club Shipping Details & Times

• All mail for the Warmth & Wonder Club is sent via snail mail:
  • USPS Forever Stamps for members within the USA: No additional cost for members
  • Global Forever Stamps for international members: $5 shipping cost added to each month's membership fee, making the monthly total membership $15 USD.
• No tracking is available since it is sent via snail mail (this keeps the club affordable and accessible worldwide).
• Each piece is lightweight, flat, and designed to travel safely through international mail systems.
• I aim to send out each month's art mail between the 20-30th of that month.
• Shipping times can vary depending on local postal systems, but you can expect your art club mail:
  • Within the USA: arrival within 3-7 business days
  • International members: arrival within 2-5 weeks.
• If your art mail hasn't arrived within 3 weeks for USA members or 6 weeks for international members, please reach out and I'll help make it right!

Other Package Shipping Information

All orders are packaged with care using eco-friendly materials - read more about my shop’s eco-friendly practices here.

USA Shipping: Shipping cost will be provided at checkout, and tracking number is provided so you can keep tabs on where your package is at!

International Shipping: Is currently paused due to the rapidly changing policies surrounding import/export tariffs around the world. I hope to reinstate this soon!

Shipping Times: 

As of April 2026, you can expect to receive your order within: 

• Within the USA: 1-3 weeks of the date of purchase. In general, this also depends on how far you are from New Hampshire!

Please keep in mind that I'm a one-woman operation and so depending on the busy periods of the year, it may take me longer to ship items!

Returns

Returns are not accepted, but I will always do what I can to make things right for any lost, damaged, or incorrect order. If your order was damaged, lost in transit, or you were given an incorrect item, please reach out for help within 7 days of receiving your order using my Contact Form or email me at contact@sarahyanceystudio.com and I'll get back to you as soon as possible!

Pre-Order Policy

Please note that my fall art collection will be available for pre-order starting September 16 until September 26. After September 26, there will be limited items available.

You will purchase pre-order items in full, but they will not be shipped immediately. Pre-orders will begin shipping in early/mid October.

It is recommended to place a pre-order to:

• Help me (the artist) know how much stock to purchase
• Ensure your order is filled as limited stock will be available after the pre-order period
• Aid in timely delivery and preventing possible delays due to restocking.

If your order includes other items that are not pre-order, they will ship together with the pre-ordered items unless otherwise arranged.
