This month’s print is very special, and some of you may recognize the composition. The lighthouse is the same as the one on my best-selling print, “Beacon of Belief” - an iconic view of Maine’s oldest lighthouse, but this time, the reference image was taken during a trip in summer 2017.

The original “Beacon of Belief” was painted in spring 2024, which on its surface is based on an amazing visit to the Portland Headlight with friends; but at its core, it represents how the freshly built belief in myself and my creativity started the foundation of the business and art practice you’re a part of today.

So “Beacon of Belief II”, which is a little brighter, greener, more alive, is a quiet celebration of how that self-belief has led to so much growth and creation. Like spring into summer, we trust that the work we do underneath the surface will bloom into life. The symbolism is also similar, because even though I now have the basics established, I’ve been stepping into the unknown with this new art mail club project and am still needing my courage and determination to balance the uncertainty.

I offer domestic shipping within the USA! I don’t currently offer international shipping, but hope to in the future - so stay tuned!
