The contrast between structures that have stood for hundreds of years, the earth which has existed for millions of years, and the flowers that were born in the past few weeks, reminds me that we have the capacity to make the world beautiful, no matter how long we’re here.

This design was painted as part of the weekly Instagram challenge called Landscape Art Club, where artists create art based off reference images from around the world.
